Global Apostolic Alliance was born from a call of God that started in 2004. Initially called Omega Team, it involved six ministers with a wide variety of ministries, both nationally and internationally, who came together to give leadership and oversight to a growing new ministry.
Ian Peters
Ian Peters’ ministry has an apostolic/prophetic edge, speaking into the lives of believers and reaching out to the unsaved. He ministers truth with humor, imparts faith with vision and passion with power. Born into a Pentecostal home, the call of God was evident on his life very early. In 1981 he graduated from Bible school and began preaching the Gospel. He married Maree in 1982 and has two married sons and two granddaughters. After being ‘on the road’ for 15 years, Ian and Maree accepted the responsibility as Senior Ministers of Promised Land Church in Brooklyn Park, MN. In addition to his own church and ministry commitments, was appointed as the new Apostolic Overseer of The Omega Team in April 2012.

Mark Johnson
Mark (along with his wife Becky) is the lead pastor of Jubilee Worship Center in St. Cloud, Minnesota – a church they started in March of 1998. Their vision for Jubilee is to make disciples who experience God, love others, and transform their world. Mark has a heart for pastors, the body of Christ at large, and the Central Minnesota area. Mark and Becky have three adult children and six grandchildren.

Dawn Lundgren
The Lord called her into international ministry in 1989, and since then she has ministered in over twenty countries. She is a woman of the Word, moving in an Apostolic/Prophetic anointing, with a strong teaching gift. Her passion is to “come alongside” pastors and Leaders who are on the ‘front lines’ of ministry, bringing a fresh wind of the Spirit for the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ. She and her husband, Ed, have been married 57 years and have five grown children.

Alan Langstaff – Founder (retired)
Board Member Emeritus. Originally trained as an Architect, Alan has been involved in ministry for 50 years both in Australia and America. His ministry has included pastoring churches, founding bible schools, working in Christian television, and leading renewal ministries. He has a heart for training leaders, enabling believer to fulfill their destiny and a love for the greater body of Christ. He has ministered in over 40 countries of the world and cofounded Omega Team in 2006. Currently he is the Senior Pastor of New Life Assembly of God in Chaska, MN.

Dorothy Langstaff – Co-founder (retired)
Board Member Emeritus. Born in Wales, Dorothy married and worked alongside her husband Alan both in Australia and America where she has co-pastored churches, taught in bible schools and run conventions. She is the author of the book ‘Called Together,’ which is the story of Alan and Dorothy’s life and ministry prior to moving to America in 1980. She has a heart to see unity come to the body of Christ. Currently she is co-pastor of New Life Assembly of God in Chaska, MN. Alan and Dorothy who reside in Excelsior, MN have two daughters and six grandchildren.
