Global Apostolic

Leadership Team

Global Apostolic Alliance was born from a call of God that started in 2004. Initially called Omega Team, it involved six ministers with a wide variety of ministries, both nationally and internationally, who came together to give leadership and oversight to a growing new ministry.

President

Ian Peters

Ian Peters’ ministry has an apostolic/prophetic edge, speaking into the lives of believers and reaching out to the unsaved. He ministers truth with humor, imparts faith with vision and passion with power. He married Maree in 1982 and has two married sons and five grandchildren. In addition to his own ministry commitments, Ian was appointed as the Apostolic Overseer of The Omega Team, now Global Apostolic Alliance in April 2012.

Vice President

Mark Johnson

Mark Johnson was raised in a Pentecostal church in Minnesota and came to know Christ at a very young age. At 18, he sensed God’s call to ministry and soon began serving as a youth pastor. By the age of 23, he had stepped into the role of senior pastor. Mark married Becky in 1977, and together they have three adult children and ten grandchildren.
In 1998, Mark and Becky planted Jubilee Worship Center in St. Cloud, Minnesota, where they continue to lead and serve the congregation. Over the years, the church has grown into a vibrant, multicultural, and multigenerational community of believers. Mark carries a strong apostolic teaching ministry and a deep passion for the local church, with a particular desire to see believers equipped, strengthened, and matured in their faith so they can fulfill their God-given callings and serve effectively in ministry.

Board member

Marcille Braman

Marcille Braman’s journey into ministry has been unconventional, yet uniquely orchestrated by God. While living comfortably in Burnsville, Minnesota, she sensed God calling her to pursue further study, share the wisdom and understanding she gained, and inspire others to become all that God has purposed them to be. Through biblically grounded, Spirit-led preaching, Marcille ministers both nationally and internationally, passionately sharing the truth of God’s Word and encouraging believers to allow it to take deep root in their hearts.
Marcille and her husband, Rick, of 42 years, reside in Walker, Minnesota. She currently serves as pastor of Cornerstone Church of Walker and continues to minister at home and abroad, teaching, training, and equipping pastors and church leaders to fulfill their God-given callings.

Board Member

Aaron Fregard

At just 10 years old, Aaron Fregard made it clear to God that becoming a pastor or missionary was not part of his plans. Little did he know how God would lead him! Today, Aaron joyfully serves as pastor of Great Lakes Church in Duluth, where he has been ministering since 2018.
Aaron has a deep passion for verse-by-verse, exegetical teaching and a gift for communicating challenging biblical truths with grace and gentleness. His heart is to see the body of Christ firmly rooted in the truth of Scripture, building a strong biblical foundation that leads to the active expression of spiritual gifts. Aaron serves alongside his wife, Laura, and together they are raising three energetic and spirited children.
